Simply continue playing the game until you get to a shooting gallery type area where it will prompt you to draw your guns and tap on the screen to shoot at enemies. Now shoot an enemy that is far away from you, once dead, keep tapping on the enemies dead body until you land a shot and you will unlock the Insult To Injury achievement :)
