Explosie touch is the new random drop (like max amo, xII, etc ...).
It instant kills the zombies when you touch them.
So once you get this drop by killing a zombie you have to grab it and then run into 20 zombies to kill them.
Grab it wisely : you may have to wait a bit before grabbing it to be sure to have enough zombies to kill.
Unfortunately if you get it a the end of a round it will be impossible to get the achievement as you will not have enough zombies. Therefore this achievement is partially "luck based" as you need to get this random drop at a good moment.

Trick from http://www.trueachievements.com/ICEMAN77qxxx.htm : Do it on round 20+ !
