  For this you need to find and use the triple-jump shortcut in the Death Bat Alley race track. The shortcut can be found hidden behind a right turn. At the end of the shortcut is also an Easter Egg if you haven't got your ten already.

  Apparently you don't even need to use the triple jump as long as you get on that left pathway. I used the ramp on the main road to jump over to the left pathway and got the achievement after I used the ramp at the end with the Easter Egg on it.
