How to unlock the Choice of Weapons achievement

  There are a total of 5 weapons which are unlocked by making significant progress through the main story of the game, as they are as follows:
  - Vulcan Gun
  - 60mm Cannon
  - CPU Virus
  - EMP
  - Missile Barrage
  
  Once you have all 5 weapons unlocked, go to AR Challenges and select "One Man Army" and use each one in this battle. Keep in mind the the CPU Virus, EMP and Missiles require 1 bar of energy to be used. The achievement unlocks as soon as all 5 weapons have been used.

  I never selected EMP from upgrades, does that mean I missed this achievement?
  Or can I play more and Lucius will give me more chances at upgrades?

  Yeah I didn't select emp either and I am at 72% still havent gotten it hopefully later on

  If you don't select EMP from Lucious, it does not mean that you don't have it. Only that you haven't upgraded it. The only restriction you have is that you have to wait until your Batmobile has four quadrants of energy available when in Battle Mode. (I hope I am describing that properly. You see it on the weapon overlay when in battle mode)

  Welcome back for another DaddyGotGameTV guide. In this video I will be helping you get the “Choice of Weapons” achievement/trophy. For this one you need to use all 5 of the Batmobile weapons, in one tank battle. It’s really easy all you need to know is what the 5 weapons are. I have provided a list below.
  - Vulcan Gun
  - 60mm Cannon
  - EMP
  - Drone Hack
  - Missile Barrage
  
  Just start up the AR Challenge “One Man Army” and your good to go.
