This achievement belongs to a mission of the main campaign and is therefore unmissable.
This solution will provide you with a short description of the mission and what to do to get the achievement as well as a video guide.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal *** In the middle of the campaign you will come to a point in which one of the main characters dies. Right after that, you have to drive to the GCPD to talk to Poison Ivy. Do so and you will be informed about a new type of tank. Find it, drive behind that tank and start aiming with your batmobile's rockets. After you have destroyed that heavy tank the achievement will unlock.
