Edited: with the new update This achievement is possible to get in any language.

Like Bastian Bohac told, to solve the problem with Dr Manhattan, you need to change the language to French (Français). I saw that with some people (Bastian Bohac included) the game was reseted. What i did was change to french before start the level 5, and once done i skip all the cards until i find Dr Manhattan and solve him. After this i came back to the english language and continue the game until get all the achievements...
