    I didn't come across the above mentioned glitch, I had it pop at a little over one million.

    One way to make this a bit easier and a little less time consuming is before you start the game, go to options and turn on the infinite lives cheat. Don't worry it doesn't disallow achievements to be gained.

    During the jet bike stage even if you keep dying you continue to rack up points so you don't necessarily need to finish the game or the level. Took me about a half hour.

    Jan Derconplay till the bit where you have to race (after the falling down in tunnel bit)

    And then leave your console for a while ;)
    you get 100 points per second or so and when you run into a wall? You just start to race again (need to have infinite lives like you mentioned :D )

    Achievement is self explanatory, but there is a possibility it may be glitched. I completely finished the game with the score capped at 999999. Achievement progress is stuck at 90%, even after starting a new game.

    Feel free to comment if you are having a similar issue.

    Edit: Finally popped. Probably closer to 1.5-2m points. If this happens to you, just keep playing and it should eventually come up.

    XyjarI finished the game with about 890,000 and only has 70% progress, so for some reason, it doesn't count all your points. 15 extra minutes of playing after beating it and you can get it though.

    In Level 8: Intruder Excluder, right at the beginning of the stage, grab the stick thing and reach an area with some yellow balls, by killing them, you get 750 points each, so keep killing them with the stick until you get 999999 points, just rewind if you take damage. After that, go to a new Battletoads save and keep playing the game until it pops, for me, it popped on Level 2: Wookie Hole.

    Also, by killing the balls in Level 8, you'll also get the 500 enemies achievement due to them counting as enemies
