    Very simple achievement to obtain. From the game's main menu, select Game Gallery. From here, scroll over to Battletoads Arcade and hit cn_A. At the next screen, hit cn_A once again. No need to actually play the game as the achievement unlocks during the loading screen for the game. Enjoy!
