Killer Core Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

For this Challenge, you need to complete six "Killer Core" workouts (meaning you must get at least 1 or 2 Stars Minimum for it to count a minimum of 6 workouts) There are only 3 workouts, so you can do 2 of each, 6 of one, or any combo that adds up to 6 workouts total. It's up to you!!
Warning: If you cheat by skipping the whole workout, you will be penalized on percentage.

You can find these workouts in the "Featured Content" section.
Select "Killer Abs" by Jillian Michaels and purchase the full Program.

After the program is purchased, you can start. (I like to wait until its installed)

Equipment: Dumbbells & Mat (or none)
Primary Muscles Worked: Core (Abs)

Name of each workout:
- Level 1 (30 Min)
- Level 2 (30 Min)
- Level 3 (30 Min)

Challenge Reward: 4 Stamps

Note: Stamps don't get rewarded until you finish any other workout.
Suggestion: If you get this done before the current "Long and Limber" Challenge do one of the "Pilates for Beginners" workouts to knock-two-birds-out-with-one-stone or you could do one of the Gatorade Recovery Workouts as they are quick. After Either option you will receive your stamps.

Killer Core workouts are quick and fun intensive workouts that if you actually do them you will notice some good core results and learn new ways to work your abs!

As always, please drink plenty of water and spread your workouts far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Make sure you are taking the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day! Pace yourself while going for this challenge and rank up more stamps for those other achievements!!!
