  Set up a quick match with 4 human players. Use this scrabble solver http://www.scrabulizer.com/
  
  I just skipped the other players go and kept playing the highest scoring word from the scrabble solver. After I got more then 325 I played with every player until the game finished. Took around 10 mins.

  You don't have to play with every player until the game is over. Just have everyone pass so there were 2 rounds where no one played a word, and the game ends.

  This didn't work for me playing as 4 humans. It only unlocked for me if I did it against AI.

  ^it works against humans, but you have to make sure it's in automatic scoring mode. It says this in the unlocked description of the achievement on xbox.

  I did it with 2 human players just passed the other players turn. I achieved 347 points with 14 tiles left
