There's an easy way to get this achievement. All Credit goes to ChinaNo1Hustler for sharing the method.

1. Start any track you want and fly off the road
2. Press Start and Quit to main menu
3. Press the guide button to go to the dashboard
4. Return to the game and hit continue
5. You will continue and fly without failing or hitting anything
6. Wait until 100%
