This is a very easy achievement. On the main menu, click on Gatorade Skills Trainer. Select any team, click A and choose Rookie skill level. Click on Help! I am new to Madden. Select Player Position Basics. You only need three (out of ten) successful drills.
The first three drills require you to press A to snap, press B to select the Halfback, press B to select the Fullback. That's it. Roll through the remaining seven drills, pass or fail, and you will get the achievement after the completing the tenth drill.
Edit: As Gigatoreador pointed out, you will likely get this achievement during the introduction to the game. The drill I have posted above is the exact same one that occurs during the introduction. I was not sure if there was a way to skip this drill in the introduction, that is why I listed the explicit steps above.
