This can be unlocked in Mission Four: Behind the Glass.
Towards the end of this mission you will be find yourself surrounded by hunters and have to lure them to a nearby military base. Once you and the hutners break through the ceiling the fight will start.
The hunters will come in waves and you will have to kill around 5 hunters. There are rocket launchers in the room as well as soldiers that will come to do some damage to the hunters as well as distract them sometimes. If you can consume the hunters it will help you regain some health. Once enough hunters are killed you will have to destroy the fuel tanks in the room.
Once the fuel tanks are destroyed and the mission is complete you should unlock the achievement.
