Definitely go for Changed Ways and Silence is Golden on this playthrough. It's pretty simple, especially compared to the main campaign. I loaded my Low Chaos Knife of Dunwall save when starting this game. Sneak around and only knock out people you have to. Also max out Blink, Agility, and Void Gaze. I only used level 1 of Bend Time to occasionally slow time enough to sleep dart 2 enemies that were talking. The easiest way to handle the final "battle" is to sneak across the area, snatch the painting on the far side, sneak back and wait for Delilah to finish painting Emily. She'll turn around and walk back towards the altar. Blink down, swap the paintings, and blink back out of sight. Watch Delilah royally screw herself with the ritual and you're done. It's much easier than doing the ritual yourself etc.
