I've updated JumboWario's world to make this easier. Here's the file:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/b8yt01cpkcpzycp/Achievements%20Imp...

Go up the stairs toward the exit. There's a chest with a minecart. Outside, up the hill, is a long rail. Place the minecart, go to the right. It should pop. If not, turn around (don't get out) and go to the other end.

His original world is in this forum:

Minecraft World for All 1,000 Gamerscore

Yummy BaklavaAfter multiple attempts going back and forth, it didn't unlock.

I tried what XxB3asti3xX suggested. After two very long rides, it finally unlocked.

You need to travel, uninterrupted, by minecart on a rail for 500 blocks in a single direction.

I salvaged the bulk of the regular rails from abandoned mineshafts found underground.

You can craft rails on a crafting table by placing iron ingots on the left and right (top, bottom and middle) and sticks in the middle.
Six iron and one stick gives you 16 rails.

For powered rails you exchange the iron for gold and add redstone dust to the bottom middle square.
Six gold, one stick and one redstone dust gives you 6 powered rails.

Redstone torches are not yet available in Windows 10 Edition - the powered rails currently work without a powersource.

Redstone torches have been implemented and you need to place one next to each powered rail. The rails should light up as you place the torch, letting you know it's active.
Thanks to napoearth for the update on redstone torches now being available.

I placed my powered rails 17 blocks apart, but you might be able to place them less frequently.

Pretty simple, but you need a lot of iron and amount of gold. So, you just build a railroad of 500 blocks in one direction. Use powered rails every ~15 blocks to keep speed of your minecart.

Alternatively, you can join my world (but this requires Hamachi or other LAN emulators)
