  I've updated JumboWario's world to make this easier. Here's the file:

  The nice thing about this is that there's usually a skeleton already stuck in a pond outside the cave. There should be a bow and arrows in one of the chests in the main room.
  
  Once you leave the room, over the right side a skeleton is usually stuck in a pond. Take your bow and arrows and move 40 blocks away. (I found it easiest to go to the far side on the left on a hill and launched from there.) Make sure it turns red so you know you hit it.
  
  If it doesn't work, back up and try again. If there's no skeleton, this world has a bunch of other cheeves set up to go.

  First off you need a bow (3 string obtainable from spiders, and 3 sticks obtainable from wood)
  
  
  This is mostly luck, but the best way to do this is to put a marker about 40 blocks out and when skeletons approach aim at them.
  
  Make sure to aim above their head by about an inch or so for accuracy
  
  It should take 3-5 arrows from this distance to kill the Skeleton

  I still haven't got this achievement yet as I've found that the skeletons despawn at this distance, especially with how erratically they move, so maybe putting a marker and some sort of trap as well will help? Work in progress I guess! I really don't want it to be bugged..

  Bueno en primer lugar necesitas vallas de madera y una etiqueta tenemos que atraer un esqueleto dentro de las vallas y encerrarlo dentro de estas mientras más estrecho mejor (de preferencia hacerlo en fácil para no morir y no usar escudo ya qué por obvias razones el esquelo no debe morir, te puedes escudar con una pequeña pared de bloques) luego de eso ponerle la etiqueta al esqueleto y ya contar 60 bloques en línea recta o en su defecto hacer una línea y ya solo usa tu arco preferido y dispara hasta matarlo aunque de preferencia que sea uno muy poderoso y con infinidad por que si vas a ocupar muchas flechas y ya te debería salir
  
  Como datos extra has toda la estructura de día y espera que de la noche y hazlo rápido para que puedas hacer el logro antes del amanecer o simplemente ponle un techo al esqueleto
  Mucho cuidado con los creepers
  Preferiblemente has la línea de bloques antes de encerrar al esqueleto
  Los esqueletos suelen quedarse parados así que en ciertos momentos lo vas a tener que empujar tu
