  First of all finish the EBONY COAST level.
  
  Then start it again in free mode and get the J-bomb Robot.

  here is a video where you can see how to find the heads needed for the achievement. You need the J-Bomb robot to find an smash those Heads.
  
  You need to finish the level through the yellow truck and wait for the stats screen at the end of the level :)

  Just a tip if anyone is having trouble beating the mission first due to trying to park the dozer on the train: I found just getting out of the dozer at the beginning, hopping in the train and backing it up enough to let the dozer through, then jumping back into the dozer and driving it up the railroad tracks to the buildings to be much easier.

  I just got this achievement using this guide, and I gave it an upvote too.
  
  The only complaint I have with it is the video doesn't show where the other head statues are, but at least it gives the general direction.

  There is nothing wrong with Sambaweb's guide, however, for me this achievement popped after completing the Moon.
  
  Complete all normal levels
  Find the scientists
  Complete Shuttle Clear
  You then go to the moon, where you have to clear 30 buildings in 6 minutes. At this point, backlash becomes very easy to use(when you accelerate to jump further, brake to stop).
  I find the camera is a lot more helpful when finding buildings here too.
  Just accelerate up the ramps and have fun
