How to unlock the New Toy achievement

    Upgrades in WoT are accessed from in the garage, where you can see all your tanks at the bottom.
    Press cn_X while highlighting a tank, then choose the "Packages" option. In this menu, buy any upgrade.
    Do remember--it takes tank XP to research upgrades, and then silver to buy them. You get both by playing matches. If you do the training, you should have some silver also.
    Also, since all Tier 1 tanks have all upgrades already researched and bought, you will need to buy any Tier 2 tank, and then research and buy one of its upgrades.

    Darkness727420Update your guide dude. This and a bunch of other achievements are unobtainable or discontinued.

    Spirant, unfortunately there is no way to gain this achievement unless they add those tiers back to the game.

    Darkness727420Or buy an upgrade for a tier 5 or higher tank, that's about the only way to get this. At least I think.

    Once you load the game you'll be inside your Garage, scroll through and highlight the tank you wish to purchase the upgrade using cn_LSc once you've found the tank you'd like to upgrade press cn_X.

    On the customization window that pops up you can press cn_RB in order to see the module upgrades available for your tank and what level you unlock them at, if an upgrade is highlighted green it means you've unlocked it and are able to purchase that upgrade.

    In order to purchase the upgrade press cn_LB again to go to the Loadout menu, here you'll see the Modules which you have unlocked by playing matches and gaining tank XP, a red star icon will appear on the top right of the module icons, this red star indicates new unlocked modules, press cn_A on a module with the red star icon and another window will pop up with the available modules, scroll through them with cn_X and press cn_A to purchase the module with Silver and upon purchasing said module the achievement will pop.

    This is how you're supposed to unlock the achievement, however for many people including myself it's bugged and isn't unlocking, I know that it's 100% bugged as I've purchased all modules, equipment and consumables for the Tier V Wolverine and it hasn't unlocked, if it unlocks for you I'm happy for you! have fun gaming! :)
