At the very beginning of Chapter III you'll enter the mansion.
Go upstairs and then left, you'll find a hole in the floor.
Hit cn_X to activate the spirit and move up, then right.
Hit cn_A and keep pressed when you'll reach the small glowing table and then move it left letting it fall through the hole.
Back to Elena, move left.
