  I don't think you need to get 15 damage on one turn, just the whole round, but you can get all the damage at once if you want.
  
  I easily got this in the fight against Cyclops when doing the Gideon Jura (Kytheon) story mode - this is the 4th battle. During the battle in which I got the achievement, the Cyclops deck played nothing that could block flying creatures. It's possible I was just lucky, but even so it made this very easy.
  
  To get massive damage at once, wait till you have about 3-4 flying creatures and Glorious Charge in your hand. Make sure that the Armored Ascension card is on your best flying creature (+1/+1 for each Plains mana). Attack with all flying creatures on the field. Also make sure to have 2 mana set aside and Glorious Charge ready to go (+1/+1 to all creatures on turn).

  Just to add a bit about no damage, I believe Triggered abilities don't negate this achievement, I was playing against the harpies deck in campaign, the AI played a Blood-Toll Harpy towards the end of the match,(when enters the battlefield each player loses 1 life) I had only dealt 13 damage to the AI by the time the card was in play.

  I think "no damage" might refer to your flying creatures taking damage, not your player life total. Not sure though, I didn't take damage to either in the match when I got this so cannot confirm.
  
  Also note that my achievement didn't pop until after the match completed... but I've been having that issue with the notifications not showing up so who knows.

  I took damage in the fight, my creatures did not, no achievement. It seems you cannot lose damage on your life bar

  And to clarify, damage is dealt by creatures in combat, or spells / abilities with the word "damage" in. A Harpy's ability "lose 1 life" doesn't count as damage.

  I also got this on the third level with the harpies. I received two damage from the enemy summoning the blood toll harpies, but no damage to me during attacks. I did receive damage on my flying creatures, though.
