  At the very start of Chapter 4, climb the rocks and then head down the hill on the right hand side, instead of continuing left, and you will notice a man attempting suicide. Use big brother to lift the man up, and then climb the tree and undo the rope using little brother. After saving the man, you'll need to use the path behind the tree to get into the burned house, save the music box and deliver it to him. Upon giving him the music box, the achievement will unlock.

  Guess mine's glitched. Got the cutscene etc...no achievement. Tried it multiple times, restarted the game/console/fresh chapter...nothing.

  So apparently it wasn't unlocking because of some NXOE glitch. I started up Rare Replay to test if I could earn an achievement and once it loaded, the 2 I earned in Brothers popped. Odd

  This achievement is unlocked at the beginning of Chapter 4. Climb the rocks at the start and as you walk , you will notice a man trying to hang himself off a tree on the right path. Stop the suicide by having the big brother grab the mans legs and little brother climb the tree to cut down the rope. Then go to the back of the tree, drop down and move along the wall where you must pick up the little music box. Go back to the man and drop the box near him, to unlock the achievement.

  This achievement can be unlocked at the very beginning of Chapter 4. Climb the rocks and follow the path to the right. Here you will see a man trying to hang himself. Use the big bother (LT) to hold the man up while using the little brother (RT) to climb up the tree and untie the rope. Once you’ve saved the man, go behind the tree and you will see a hidden pathway. Move along the path until you get inside the burnt down house. Pick up the music box, make your way out of the house and drop the box in front of the man. This will trigger a little cinematic and then the achievement will unlock.
