  Go to free play - rent or buy the 2014 BAC Mono - select a track - game options - laps 1 & max drivatars 23 then press to save the settings then start and win a race (if you wanna make sure you get it 1st try you can lower drivatar difficulty to New racer)

  I agree with SWAGxAriana mostly, except that in a race of 24 it may not always be easy or even possible to get into first place in only one lap on the shorter tracks.
  
  A good track for any of the "Complete" or "Win with" races is the Indianapolis oval. That way you are not fighting to get through a mass of cars at sharper corners and are only concerned with maximizing your speed relative to the rest. Once you get ahead, just stay near the line and nobody should pass as you build a longer lead.
  
  I did this one with Indianapolis and 2 laps, though you could make it 3 just to be safe. The track is short enough that it doesn't matter too much and if you get the glitch where the first car or two pull to far away to catch you, you'll recognize it and can just end the race and start over.

  thanks it is a good idea to turn the options down so your opponents dont have better cars than you, turn the drivatars down to new racer, and the collisions never on (i got it with these options).

  I should probably mention that they fixed that glitch I referenced the first week or two after release.. At first, a lot of the races left me in a distant third place right off the line with no possible way to catch up, even set at the easiest level.
  
  About week 2 or 3 that started to change, so I was able to set the difficulty back up again.

  Very easy to get.
  
  Hit up Free play and choose the 2014 BAC Mono from your cars. If you have not purchased it, you can rent it.
  Choose Homestead - Speedway Circuit as your track and then go to your game options and set your Max Drivatars to 23 for a full field, drivatar difficulty to New Racer or whatever difficulty you are comfortable with beating them, set laps to 1 and collisions to off.
  
  Once you start the race, you will start near the mid/front and with collisions turned off, you can drive right through the field into first. I did this very easily on Homestead because you can finish the lap fairly quickly.
  
  Achievement pops when you finish in first.
