I Got This achievement in Forza Motorsport 6

This race is located in Showcase Events -> Factory Spec Racing ->Formula Ford Cup at Hockenheimring.

This race requires you to use the Ford Formula Ecoboost 200, a RWD, open-wheeled, single-seat car which is much like an Ariel Atom.

As such, this race is 8 laps long and you start 14th in a field of 24 on the Full Circuit of Hockenheim. It is very easy for the leader to get away from you if you play on harder drivatar difficulty.

This car breaks loose very easy (a lot of snap oversteer on corner exit). To combat this, either let TCS do the work or be very easy and make sure the car is 100% straight before going full bore on the power.

EDIT2: One user seemed to have a problem popping this if they raced 'dirty', but others have confirmed that dirty racing does NOT usually void the achievement.

Interestingly I smashed my way through the pack, finished first, achievement didn't unlock but I have tick on the showcase as complete and going back to achievement looks successful... No unlock though

I think I broke every driver rule there is and still got the ach. May have been a bug at some point, but seems fine now.

Did the race "dirty" and didn't get it, but I was also disconnected from XBL. Tried again after reconnecting to XBL racing as cleanly as I could. Didn't get the notification, but I unlocked the achievement.

You can race clean or dirty, they must of had a mod equipped.

I didn't get it the first time and I am pretty sure I didnt have any clean laps. I did another race to remove all mods (as I think you can only do that in a race lobby) and then jumped back into the showcase. I tried to race clean and definitely got 1 or 2 clean laps in and it unlocked. Could be that it would have unlocked anyway just by doing it a second time, but who knows.

If you come first and the achievement doesn't unlock, quit the game and restart it. Go back to the Formula Ford Showcase, select it and pretend you are going to race it again.

Instead of starting the race, head to "Leaderboard". View it for a while, then exit back to menu. If this doesn't unlock it, try shutting your Xbox off completely by pressing and holding the power button.

Upon restarting my Xbox, the achievement was unlocked on my profile but I did not see the notification.

I can confirm that racing dirty makes no difference. Popped the cheevo first run through.
