  Go to multi-player, private lobby and select track Top Gear West Circuit. This race is. 80 miles so this achievement should take roughly 35-40 minutes.

  if you do this at night you can also knock out the nightvision chevo

  Fastest way to this acheivement is to start a solo multiplayer session on Top Gear West Circuit in the rain.
  
  Max players 1, 50 laps, rain, any class.
  Choose the Lotus E23 as your car
  
  I easily averaged about 28 seconds for each lap, acheivement popped at the end. Total time was about 23 minutes total.

  The best track to do this on is Homestead Speedway (small oval) in Miami that comes with the NASCAR module. If you use the Lotus E23 as your vehicle, you can finish a lap in about 25 seconds consistently, so between 20 and 25 minutes to just sit down and do it all in one go.
