This achievement is purely down to being lucky (or unlucky, whichever way you see it) but you can do a few things to increase your chances of unlocking it.

The easiest teams to get this achievement with (in order) are as follows:

1) Lizardmen (DLC Team)
2) Skaven / Wood Elves
3) Dark Elves

The reason Lizardmen are so much easier, is that you can create an entire team of 2 Strength "Stunty" characters (Skinks) who get injured much more frequently.

Basically what you want to do, is have your team be beaten up as much as possible, leaving players in tackle zones (particularly against "Big Guys" or players with Mightly Blow / Piling On) and just take a beating, hoping your team suffers as many deaths as possible (which will increase the chances of MVP going to a dead player).

Its still very luck based, but I wish you good luck.
