    1. This can be done on easy.

    2. Do not use ships with pre-loaded gems.

    3. You can pick up as many gems as you want as long as you DO NOT load them into any of the modules (turrets, shield, special, engine, or any I missed).

    4. Love Hard ,)

    tibor bGems must be take out of the packages.
    If you equip one by mistake just die and let the level restart

    I Sphyre IAlso if you accidentally picked up a gem, dont go close to a station and try to drop it as your character will fling it into the station instead, voiding the achievement.
