In the outbreak mode by the crashed UFO there is a big hole in the ground with protesters surrounding it. Jump in the hole and you will be teleported to an island. Up the stairs of the first hut on the right is a big pot of stew. Take one of the humans on the island and pull him into the stew for your achievement.
