    This achievement is unlocked by defeating all of Scrotus' top dogs. Each one gives you a new body color. I advise using the vantage points to find each top dog camp and then looking for an intel wasteland encounter nearby to help you prepare for each fight. Once you have defeated the last top-dog the achievement will pop.
