[UPDATED 10.04.2016] - *THEY ADDED A RED EYE TRACKER FOR SCENES, IN THE EVENT YOU MISS A RED EYE YOU CAN SCROLL THROUGH SCENES AFTER COMPLETION AND IT WILL GIVE YOU A % RED EYE BELOW EACH SCENE. THIS CAN HELP YOU NARROW DOWN THE SCENE YOU MISSED*

Looking at TA Statistics and doing some math, you can see that of the 1200 people who completed the story roughly 50% (600 people) haven't obtained the achievement in their first play through. And all the guides i've seen out there list only a few of the "most commonly missed" items & clues. Which is great, but if you're anything like me and have a tendency to miss one of the "easy" items, this doesn't help you much. To make matters worse, this game doesn't let you know which Scenes you missed a collectible which could force you to play the entire Episode again. So, I decided to make a checklist of EVERY item & clue in Episode 1. All 104 Red Eyes are listed and as a result is somewhat of a walkthrough for the game itself in order to describe accurately where Red Eyes' locations are.
Warning I will try to be as spoiler free as possible but minor spoilers may occur.

*CLUES & ITEMS are denoted by the RED EYE symbol appearing on screen*
*YOU CAN Replay chapters and obtain missing items*
*CHAPTER must be completed to register newly found items*
*MISSABLE ITEMS are denoted as well as "Point of No Return" cut scene triggers which could cause you to miss missables.

Approach Receptionist Desk #2 and get a cut scene

Now walk towards front of screen again away from Receptionist Desk #2. You will find yourself standing on a large circular glass floor.

RE #31 (MISSABLE) - Glass floor BEFORE climbing stairs to progress story

Climb winding Stairs. Begin walking down a long hallway towards back of screen.

RE #32 (MISSABLE) - A. Ryan Painting Portrait #2 on the left side of hallway upon ascension up stairway
RE #33 (MISSABLE) - Glass Window #2 on the left side of the hallway as you continue past #32
RE #34 (MISSABLE) - Glass sliding doors that lead to an outdoor balcony on the left side of hallway as you continue past #33.

At the end of the hallway you will have a door and then the hallway will continue to the right in an 'L' Intersection

*NOTE - This is where the majority of collectibles are, so don't be alarmed that you're percentage is still low and knowing there are only a couple chapters left*

The inside of the house is broken into 6 areas - Foyer (Entry area), Living Room (to left), Kitchen (to left through Living Room), Bed Room (first door on right side of foyer), Bathroom (second door on right side of foyer), and Garage (third door on right side of foyer)
Due to the Red Eyes #49 - #94 being required to "Solve" the mystery of what happened in the Forger's House, these should not be missable, however before solving any of the mystery elements it would be a safe bet to verify that you have clicked all required areas.

Let's head to the right first.

RE #49 - Bedroom door #1 - First door on the left (Bed room) is currently locked but click anyways.
RE #50 - Blood pool - Outside of the second door on the left (Bathroom) and activates clue mode
RE #51 - Clue mode - Spoon 1/1 - in blood pool #50

Now let's head into the second door on the left (Bathroom)
