This achievement can be gained as early as the first Hidden Object Scene. Time doesn't matter. Just focus on collecting the objects with white names first. When you get all of those, scroll around slowly until a "grab" or "interact" option shows up. This will let you know that you have to do something extra to uncover the object. Usually, when you see what the object is, you can then look at your remaining objects to tell what you need to do with it. You can also use hints to get this achievement. Be warned, though, using hints will void your achievement for not using hints the entire game.
