First you need to create a FUT Club.
If you've never done this before, then from the FIFA 16 "Main Menu" use

to move over to the "Play" tab. Highlight the "Ultimate Team" tile and press the
button and begin the FIFA Ultimate Team mode setup.
Now from the FUT main menu, use use

to move to the "Single Player" tab. The upper right tile should say "Single Player Draft".
Select this tile, draft your team, select "Beginner" (you can select a higher level if you wish, but beginner will be trivially easy - I find that "Semi-Pro" & "Professional" offer very little challenge though.)
Now select "Play Match" and win four matches in a row to net the achievement.
Even at "Semi-Pro" I can go AFK and still win, so "Beginner" should be a calk walk.
(I'm assuming everyone starts with at least 1 Draft Token to start this mode, if you don't have one (I currently have multiple tokens from who knows where) my understanding is that you can "buy" your way into the draft (15000 coins or 300 FIFA points). For gods sake, go play some FUT until you have the requisite coins to buy your way into the draft if this is the case & don't give the greedy EA bastards your hard earned money!!)
