    Comically easy as you can adjust the sliders in the "Game Settings" menu (hit cn_start, go to the "Settings" tile, then select the "Game Settings" tile, cn_LT or cn_RT and adjust the sliders under the "User Gameplay Customization" & "CPU Gameplay Customization" to your advantage), after that just start a tournament and very daintily score massive amounts of goals.

    I actually got this achievement on a penalty shoot out in the women's international cup. Fairly simple. The match finished 1-1 and I scored 4 penalties and went through. Achievement popped.
