As for me, I simply adjusted the sliders back to defaults for the CPU, left mine (advantageously) alone, and got this in a few tries. Simply let the CPU get the ball, then press
at the appropriate moment, The achievement will pop if either the player you are controlling or a CPU-controlled teammate gains possession after you dispossess on the slide tackle.
Afterwards I set the CPU sliders back to my advantage & strolled through the rest of the Women's International Cup.
