Completing this achievement will also net you the:
achievement (if you don't already have it).
From the FIFA 16 "Main Menu" use
or
to highlight the "Play" tab.
Highlight the "New Career" tile (using
,
,
, or
). This tile might say "Load Career" or "Continue Career" - if it does, highlight the tile then use the
to change it to "New Career". Press the
button to begin a new career.
Alternatively you can load or continue a Manager Career that you had previously started.
If you are starting a new career, then highlight and select "Manager Career" from the "New Career" menu.
Pick an appropriate team.
If you are shooting for the:
achievement, then select a team from one of the lower divisions. My suggestion is to select Queens Park Rangers as they have a $26.5 million dollar budget - plenty of cash to buy a bargain player from a higher division.
If you are shooting for the:
achievement then select a team that will play for a trophy early. My suggestion is Chelsea or Arsenal, as they both play in the Community Shield in early August of your first season.
In the "Career Settngs" menu be sure to set the "Disable First Summer Transfer Window" to "Off" if you are shooting for the:
achievement.
Highlight "Advance" and press the
button to continue. Then repeat once more.
Use
or
to highlight the "Squad" tab.
Highlight the "Default Team Sheet" tile (the largest tile, located on the left of the "Squad" tab menu).
Use the
to switch this tile until it says "SELECT TO CREATE A NEW TEAM SHEET".
Press the
button to select, and name your new team sheet. Press
to advance, then press
to advance one more.
Assuming you don't have the:
achievement yet, then the first team sheet you create will net you that achievement.
Repeat three more times (using
to select the next blank team sheet, and then proceeding as listed above).
The achievement should pop at this point.
