The tempel is the building that looks like a church, north of your Town center. You can collect rewards here daily. You only need to collect a reward twice. It can happen, that you get no reward. If this happens, just wait one more day. Besides, you need to have this quest unlocked. Keep completing quests on the tab that's furthest on the left, under achievements. For me, this quest unlocked once I completed 33 quests total(to give you an indication). Once the quest shows up take your reward and the achievement will unlock.
