This achievement is to clear all 4 panels in the strike challenge.
Select the top right option from the "Welcome Menu", it says "Let's Challenge Strike Board!". Under Strike Pitch Competition the first option is practice, the 2nd option is the one you need for the achievement, and the 3rd option is your previous attempts statistics.
You need VP to play the 2nd option, which you earn from playing games. If you did the large point league achievements, you should already have quite a few. If not, you are best to do those achievements first so that you have enough VP to do this achievement.
I found the best pitcher was on the 2nd screen of players (so hit RB once) and then pick the top left guy who is #47 with his top pitch having an A/A rating. He has great control with that pitch.
Next you can select from 4 options. 100VP is the one I did for the achievement, it costs 100 VP to play and you earn VP for each target you hit. 500 VP is the same but with higher stakes. Third option is exit and the 4th option is an analog / digital toggle.
So go into the 100 VP option and you need all 16 pitches to take out all 32 targets. Each panel has 8 targets and a skull in the middle. If you hit the skull, it resets that panel. In order to get the achievement, you must hit 2 targets with each pitch.
For pitching just hit A to select the top pitch, then hold the left stick in the position where you want the pitch to go. You'll get the hang of it in a few tries and you'll need to have the pitch hit 2 targets. The achievement unlocks once you have cleared all 32 targets with 16 pitches.
