This achievement is only possible once you have around 260-270 stars (Cant tell which as I did a whole setlist) in career mode and have made your pick for the 5th choice in the Band's career for the 'Faithful Attraction' stage.
Once you have made the choice you'll be in the America's, simply play and complete the first setlist here and the achievement will pop once it is finished.
