How to unlock the Don't Even Need It achievement

    Overdrive is earned by hitting the overdrive notes section perfectly with no overstrums, overdrive notes glow white.

    In order to fill the bar you will need to hit 4 sections perfectly (There are sometimes double earning sections that are denoted by the edges of highway being glowing just like the notes.)

    Once the bar is full avoid pressing cn_start, tilting your guitar, tapping cn_A/taping the mic during breaks in the song or free drumming and hitting green on the drums. When the song ends with the bar full the achievement is yours.

    TDA DanroushThis doesn't seem to be popping for me, tried it on both guitar and on vocals. Any suggestions?

    AfroMoBroI got this during rockudrama and I was playing vocals. In the options, turn off deploy with mic and play a song that you know and you'll get it.

    As description says: Finish a song with a full Overdrive bar!

    When I received this achievement
    I was playing: Career mode, play guitar on NORMAL.

    Not sure if this will give you any clue, but:
    DO NOT USE OVERDRIVE AT ALL!

    I did not use it, and scored a perfect in a song.
    After song finish, there is this "result screen"
    and glory sayin' "Full combo!"
    and there is when the achievement pop out.
