The simplest and fastest way I have found to do this for those who do not have glitch mode is to re-run the level Sunday Morning on the Local set.
On this level, do a Barspin >> Barspin on the first jump.
A Barspin >> Barspin >> Barspin on the second.
A Barspin >> Barspin >> Barspin >>Barspin on the third and finish the level.
It is also a good idea to boost jump every jump (by pushing
at the top of the jump) to get the extra little bit of heigh to make sure you have time to complete the spins.
Remember, double, triple, quad & insane barspins do not count as extra barspins, so make sure you do Barspin >> Barspins for the extra points.
If you started at 0 Barspins, it would take 112 completed runs @ 9 Barspins/run to complete the achievement. (Which doesn't take long, considering how short the level is).
This can also be used to do "The Atiken Challenge" achievement, and will help towards the "Until The Wheels Fall Off" & "Until Your Legs Fall Off" achievements.
