This achievement is in the area of Damonta (there are a LOT of robot enemies in this area. Using energy weapons and taking advantage of the computer science skill on enemies is a good idea). To unlock the achievement you must save an NPC named Binh from another NPC called Tinker by using computer science and not be detected while doing so. It goes without saying that the higher your computer skill is, the better. Progress through the area to reach the north eastern building, which is where Binh and Tinker are located.

Enter the building using the southern entrance and position your party so they cannot be seen by the northern protrolling robots, in other words. Dont just barge in guns blazing. Switch to single person mode by clicking in the Left Thumbstick and take control of the your party member who has the highest computer scince skill. FYI, this is where my party was positioned / left:

Again, keeping an eye out for the northern patrolling robot (if you are detected, reload) take the single character north and to the west to the first large computer, and use computer science on it:

Once successful (again keeping an eye out for the patrol, I had to take my character south mid skill, and still wasnt detected FYI) use your computer science skill on the computer terminal closest to the large computer you just used:

Once successful, madness will ensue and Tinker will start a fight. There are a LOT of robots that swarm you and your party. My advice would be to whether the storm as best you can then have your party members use computer science on the robots so they fight on your side, and take hits away from your party. At the same time the rest of your party can wail down bullets, which goes without saying!

Once the battle is over, Tinker will "surrender". Which is crap, she then self destructs. After that the achievement will unlock.

Im not sure what you can do about the self destruct as I took my entire party to talk to her after the battle. Maybe just take your tank in single party mode?

thomaskoratUse the camera-panning mode to view the single patrolling big robot. Once it turns its back, hack (probably any two) terminals.

FlabyoI got this slightly differently. On entry I stumbled straight into the fight. Kill or reprogram all the robots and then fight Tinker. Once she is down to half health she will stop the fight and say that she'll kill Binh if you don't leave. At this point, if you go over and talk to Tinker too much she'll get angry and kill Binh.

But instead of that you're free to go hack the computers at your leisure which will disconnect Binh from the network. Tinker will restart the fight, and then surrender as mentioned in the original post.

(Note that there are three computers but you only need to hack two, if you get the 'wrong' one Tinker will be alerted and kill Binh, so quick save before you start hacking)
