How to unlock the Guardian Angel achievement

    I found it easy for me by doing this simple steps. After buying Ale Heist form the gang upgrades.

    1. Fast Travel to the Victoria Station in southern Westminster
    2. Run around the area around there and Big Ben till one appears
    3. Complete it
    4 Repeat steps 1 through 3 until got all ten

    Hope this helps you all like it did me I did this it worked like a charm got it done fairly easy and quick was also working on Without a Grudge will I was waiting for it to spawn and started at 15% of that one and only 1 Escort and within an hour and half got this one and was up to 54% on Without a Grudge.     - Travel to the London Bridge Station in Southwark.
    - Drive on the road that connects to the bridge beside the station.
    - The route that I took was fairly simple, go halfway across the London Bridge, turn back toward Southwark, and follow the road out of Southwark, and then repeat if necessary.

    I'm sharing this solution because, the Victoria Station/Big Ben route was not working for me (only 2 Cargo Escorts in an hour of trying to find them).

    Using the London Bridge Route in Southwark I was able to find the other 8 Cargo Escorts that I needed, in only 30 minutes.

    EmiinahWorked perfectly for me, thanks! I hijacked a random carriage and rode it at a normal pace (no boost) up and down that bridge beside London Bridge Station and sure enough every few mins the Cargo Escort icon came up. If you see a Cargo Hijack icon instead just keep riding away from their location a little bit and it’ll disappear quick. No need to fast travel back and forth.
