As the description states, you must get 5,000,000 points in a single game of Endless. This may seem like a daunting task at first, but it is entirely doable once you figure out a strategy that works for you. It is not easy and does require some skill and luck to get, but is not even the hardest achievement in the game. And if you plan on completing the game, then 5,000,000 points will come on the way to wave 30. If you do not plan on doing so, then there are a few things you will want to keep in mind while trying to rack up points.

This may seem incredibly obvious, but the best strategy is to go as far as possible without dying. The longer you last, the more points you will be getting for each kill. Dying will reset this multiplier and make it very difficult to build back up. You can very easily burn through a lot of lives while getting relatively few points. One good life can be what determines if you will get the achievement during the run or not. When I made it to wave 30 in a run, I got over 10,000,000 points in my first life and only aggregated about 2,000,000 using all of my other lives. One good life is essential to getting a high score.

Don't be afraid to use the blasts and dashes. They can keep you alive and keep your multiplier going. Don't worry about wasting them: if you survive, they weren't wasted. If it feels like you might get overwhelmed at any point, don't be afraid to use one of them. Blasts will kill off many of the enemies surrounding you, giving you some breathing room, but are not perfect and can leave some alive not far from you. Watch for this and pick off any stragglers if necessary. Dashes are useful in getting you from one dangerous area to a safer one with fewer enemies without the fear of dying while it's active. The thing to watch for is that you can easily lose track of where you are and where you are moving to, so use some caution when using them. Both can save you in tight situations and through playing you can learn what situations are best for both of them.

There are different strategies for playing this game and finding one that works for you is essential. I will describe what worked for me: the bottom of the map. I spent about 90% of my time in the bottom 1/4 of the map and maneuvering around it, only moving out of it when about to be severely overwhelmed. By keeping one side of me blocked off, it allowed me to focus my fire on the rest of the field without too much trouble. The only issue is when the enemies would spawn in a circle around the arena. I would move away from the wall, cut through the ring, and move through the hole while picking off the rest of the ring from the edge. It's not a perfect strategy, but it worked for me and got me through to wave 31 and 12,000,000 points, so it can be effective. All of this is based off of my personal experience playing the game, though, and if you find a strategy that works better for you, then use it. This is not an easy achievement, but it is entirely doable if only a couple of things are kept in mind.
