Easier said than done. The absolute best way to achieve this is through the use of Cards. Specifically, ones that contribute toward Player Weakening. You can equip up to 5 cards, each must be different but can add up to well over +400%. This would mean you only need to get 20% of the actual score for a gold. This makes this far more achieveable than trying to get it without cards.

In all actuality the cards are basically a must. On Prophet's Tomb I got 112 pickups, maintained a chain through the entire level, shot/found all of the extra items the level had to offer (besides one due to the chain would be lost), beat in under par time, and was still short over 4k points.

I have attached more videos is the other achievement solutions for each level with gold. A work in progress so not all levels have been posted.

Here is a video for Prophets Tomb

HolyWarr27The cards are expendable, there is an achievement for using 300 cards anyways so keep that in mind. If you select "Restart Level" during any point in a replay, all the cards will still be intact and active until you complete the level.

Greedy136The other achievement is for COLLECTING 300 cards, isn't it? As long as we do not know, if this is cumulative or not, it is even better not to use any expendable cards. I have not tried Restart yet, which seems to be a good option, if you try to go for gold. Thanks for the info. If you only want to get the Gilded Achievement, you should try to replay the first tomb. You unlock this very early and it is quite short. It is also very easy to get 50% of the required points. A single 100% card is therefore sufficient. I even got gold after I died once (only used one 100% card).

HolyWarr27So far, The Prophets Tomb has been the only level I have needed to use a card to reach the gold point threshold. I will try again to beat this without a card though to see if it is even possible. I misread the 300 card achievement, it is collect 300. I would imagine it is cumulative and would not need to have 300 in possession to unlock it.

This is more of a warning than a full solution. -- The game does not appear to record your progress in Expedition Mode unless you are connected to the Square Enix servers. This makes this achievement Online Required.

for this achievement you will need to earn gold on one level in Score Attack. if you have it unlocked, the Chamber of Exorcism is very easy, only requiring 5000 points for gold, and giving you plenty of time to earn over 10,000 just from the time bonus. you won't need to use any cards. there is a guide at the following achievement's solution showing how to solve the puzzle in case it trips you up. once you get that down, it should only take about a minute or so to complete the level, making it also a good level to earn that achievement, as you can earn gold on the same level 10 times.

NOTE: i am not 100% certain that you can simply play the same level 10 times. me and another user had gold on less than 10 different levels, so it seems to count them more than once, but maybe not always. i am thinking maybe only if you beat your high score, will it record it as a new gold medal. either way it's better to go for all the bronzes first, you will probably get gold first try, or after repeating a level once or twice.
