  This is missable. When you are introduced into the workbench to build your own sword at the beginning of chapter 2 of episode 1 you first have to build a lever to get this achievement. A lever is build with one wooden stick at the top and one cobblestone below the stick.

  This achievement is only possible during Chapter 2 and somewhat missable but you can rewind a chapter using on the Play screen when viewing the episode
  
  Chapter 2 starts off with Petra taking you back to her cave. In this cave Petra introduces you to the crafting table mechanic of the game only she wants you to make a sword so she gives you 2 cobblestone and a stick, now instead of a sword you need to make a lever for the achievement, a lever is made by placing the stick in the centre and the cobblestone block below it like so
  

  

  
  The achievement unlocks and Petra tell you that's useless and let your grab more materials to carry on the chapter.

  You can get this achievement/trophy during Chapter 2 of Episode 1. After entering the caves with Petra, she will tell you to craft a stone sword, but DON'T listen to her yet! Instead craft a "lever" by select a stick in the top left corner, and a single cobblestone piece directly underneath it. Doing this will create a lever and unlock the achievement/trophy! Feel free to continue with making a sword after this to continue the story.
