As an addition to the other guides here, this should be a complete set of cues said by Doc (it really helps to have subtitles on):

    Stoke Fire:
    -Fire
    -Burning
    -Hot/Hot Air
    -Flame
    -Bellowing

    Sprinkle Bacteria Food:
    -Eating
    -Food
    -Microorganism
    -Bacteria
    -Shake
    -Feed/Fed
    -Scatter

    Release Gaseous Pressure:
    -Release Valve
    -Pressuring/Pressure
    -Bladders
    -Release
    -Bags of Gas
    -Vent

    Turn Electrical Crank:
    -Spins
    -Crank
    -Current
    -Turn
    -Shock
    -Generated
    -Spark
    -Lightning
    -Move
    -Rotation

Let me know if something is missing, I will add it!

Hobbess253For additional clarity, having just done this. There are 4 rounds that you have to get through, you will know you've have done each instruction correctly if all you see is the animation for that action followed by the meter going up and down. If you see other animations, quit back to your save.

In the 1st 2 rounds all you can hear is Emmett. The 1st round had 3 instructions and round 2 had 4. These are pretty easy.

    Save after each successful round.

In the 3rd round, then Emmett and his Dad will be speaking so you need to pay attention to only do Emmett's instructions. Both will speak one after the other, though not all the time. The wording might be like "don't PRESSURE me Pop" which also helps identify Emmett phrases. I think I did about 5 actions.

The last round it was just Emmett, but it's much quicker, so you need to be ready. Not sure on how many i did. Use the right stick to quickly flick between actions and occasionally walk left or right to get to the feed or crank if needed.

The achievement doesn't pop until you are using the rocket drill on the jail, so be patient.

This comes toward the end of episode 1, when you're making the alcohol for the drill.

This works best if you go into the options and turn the subtitles ON. Also, be careful because the further along you go, the more often you'll hear Emmett's father make a statement that is designed to trick you. Also (rather annoyingly), I noticed his father say something with the same code word for what Emmett was saying. That's pretty much an instant loss for some reason, but again, don't worry. Reload the save and start over.

The bad part is that this is missible. Worse, you can't save during the scene. The silver lining is that the game makes an autosave at the very beginning of the scene. If you make a mistake, you'll see the fire go out and Emmett will let you know that you need to listen for his cues. If that happens, pause and reload that autosave. I had to restart a few times and still got it.

Of note: the achievement doesn't pop until after the cutscene finishes, so don't worry if you did it correctly and are still waiting for the pop.

Emmett will be arguing with his father, and you'll need to perform one of four activities in the correct order. Emmett will be giving you hints, so pay attention to the words he emphasizes. There are four stages, with the last one being fairly rapid fire.

Release Pressure Valve = "bladders," "bags of gas," anything to do with releasing or pressure

Stoke Fire = anything to do with heat or fire

Turn Electrical Crank = "spins," "shock," etc.

Bacteria Food = "microorganism," "eating," etc.
