    Once you get into Hill Valley you'll learn all about the rules you need to break.
    Behind the soup shop Jennifer is adding some art to the wall.

    Go behind the shop talk to her and attempt to steal her paint, you won't get anywhere.

    Go back to the soup shop and ask for some free samples, once you see the scene with the dog head back around the shop, you should see Jen drop a can by her bag.

    Simply grab the can and use it on the wall next to Jen for an easy 15GS

    PopindaChopzAchievement appears glitched for me. I painted the picture on the wall and no achievement popped up. I've also experienced this for the achievement for listening to all the self-tours in this episode.

    This achievement occurs during Episode 3 - Citizen Brown

    Some time into the level after you're inside the town do the following:
    • Walk over to the soup shop on the west side of town.
    • Interact with Sign. (Sign below the counter, not menu sign.)
    • Interact with Window.
    • Dialog (Leech): "Free samples?"
    • Dialog (Leech): "Never mind."
    • cn_B to exit.
    • Walk into the back alley.
    • Interact with Ammo Box.
    • cn_X Use Item "Spray Pain" to equip.
    • Interact with "Wall" (With Spray Paint equipped.)
