    When you get into the expo on the right between the Algie cake stand and the underwater stand is a small stand called Experience the wonder of the continuuophone

    You need to interact with this stand 7 times, on that final interaction Marty will moonwalk.

    DarklightsI'd check the achievement app in case it has unlocked but didn't notify.
    With each dance you get a different scene so the next question is have you seen the cut scene in the video?
    The only other thing I can think of might be when you do it, I don't believe it matters when you do it but I did it after taking care of Edna.
