Completed any Mission in co-op on Heroic difficulty or above.

The actual achievement description is misleading as there are no co-op missions in Halo 5, unlike Halo: Spartan Assault for example. What you have to do is complete any campaign mission with at least one other player. Halo 5 does not have a split-screen option either.

For this achievement you will need an internet connection and an XBL Gold account enabled Xbox One. Whilst you can complete a co-op mission with only one player, you will not get the achievement. You need one, two or three other players.

From the main menu select Campaign -> Co-op and press cn_A

Select any Mission and set the Difficulty to Heroic. Missions 4, 9 and 11 are quick and easy to complete, but you can get this achievement on any Mission.

Press cn_X to bring up the Roster, then press cn_RB to select the list of Friends.

Select a friend and press cn_Y to send an invite, then press cn_B to go back.

Once your friends have joined start the mission, and when you complete it you will all get the achievement.
