This is obtainable once you reach the phantom forrest.

There are four opportunities to activate the quest log.

Cyseal Silverglen Road Waypoint. - talk to a rabbit right near the way point. Have wolfgraf in your team when you do. This activates the quest.

There are three more animals across the game however you only need 1to activate the quest

Phantom forest Thorny Grounds Waypoint. There is a boar near the way point again interact and he tells you the person is down the near slope.

Follow the path all the way to an immaculate wizard.

Make a hard save.

This is an incredibly tough battle.

Split your party into a 3 and 1 man team.

Initiate dialogue.

Now while in Dialogue switch to your other team. Use a grenade arrow a spell that has a 10p percent chance of silencing muting or freezing the target.

You now have a defenceless target which is unable to raise summons. Finish him off.

Pick up the Voxwood and his notes for a recipe, then fast travel to The Alchemy lab. Pick up bottled voice From the Alchemists desk

Combine the Voxwood with the bottled voice too create a vocalisation potion. Give this to Wolfgraff to consume. You need to bring up the dialogue for him to consume the potion it isn't like a standard potion. So talk to him and hell take the potion

Achievement will unlock. The hardest part is the battle but muting or freezing Imam will make it a doddle
