    Simple Achievement - You should have this before entering the heart of the hidden city, if you've been collecting the documents on the way. I got this by finding most of the Russian diaries around the Soviet Installation and Gulag.

    The Russian Language only goes up to Level 3, Greek Language goes to at least level 7, but you can get the achievement by completing either one of them.

    ShellmanQCMI got it for getting Russian to 3. As you said. For me it was the mural by the fire pit after the cave-in (little spoil as possible) post Soviet Installation.
